What I liked

My 94 year old Mother has just had the most fantastic treatment after a heart condition, she was there for 5 days. My brother and I were very very happy with our Mother's care and the kindness of all of the Staff. Mom has even said that she could not have been treated better by anyone. Thank you all very much indeed.

What could be improved

Food I think, but it isn't a Hotel is it?

Anything else?

Parking a bit expensive for a pensioner like me. I really cannot grumble because of the wonderful treatment you gave to my Mother.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. We are pleased you and your brother were so happy with the treatment your mother received during her visit to Russell Hall Hospital. We will ensure your feedback is passed on to the staff concerned.

We try to offer our patients a variety of foods that are nutritionally balanced and appetizing and our menus are continually reviewed by the catering department and dieticians.

We continually review our car parking charges to make sure they are kept as low as possible. They are amongst the most favourable in the region compared to other trusts and we have not increased charges since 2007.
