About: Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre

Left weston-super-mare 9-45 to arrive for an 11-05 appointment allowing for traffic delay. called in for consultation and x ray at 11-00 which took about 1 hour, i then had a 2 1/2 hour wait to see a nurse,and another wait to see a physiotherapist which is an unreasonable length of time the info that i received by post prior was to allow between 2 to 3 hours at the most for the appointment,not 4 1/4 i left the hospital 15-15 which meant that by the time i arrived home a straight forward hospital appointment meant i had been out 61/4 hours. it seems some reorganisation is called for
