"Excellent Care"

I had to visit Ealing Hospital on Friday as my son had broken his arm. The treatment we received was wonderful. As soon as we arrived the nurse taking bookings in The Urgent Care Centre came from behind her desk to look at his arm. Recognising it was a break she told us to book in through Accident and Emerrgency. Every member of staff we met that day and the following day when he had to return the following day to have arm straightened were kind, caring and informative. They explained treatment and asked for my opinion. I could not fault one member of staff, from the cleaners to the nurses and doctors. All doing a fantastic job in what is undoubtedly a difficult environment.
