"appointment"

i received my appointment letter at the same time as my appointment was it cam at 2:30 saying my appointment was that day at 2:30. When i called them they told me i would now have to wait 20 more days to got to a new appointment at a different hospital further away and that there was nothing they could do iv already waited 4 weeks for this appointment and they are fully aware from my GPs notes that im in alot of pain its a joke !
