"no seating"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

My wife attended the gyn clinic on the 21st of july, there was no seating it was full?then there was a 2hr delay?my wife suffers from arthritis I myseif am disabled, then when my wife saw the doctor she was given a scrip we went to the pharmacy they noticed wrong name and address so we had to go back and wait again for the doctor, when we returned to the pharmacy they did not have the meds my wife needed? they took our telephone number and said they would deliver them as of writing this email no call as yet.I paid £5 parking fee to leave via the womens centre exit the barrier would not lift the ticket said invalid?I then had to park up again and walk the full iength of the hospital difficult because I have bilateral artificial hips,on arrival at reception I was asked if I had paid after I had told them that I had my silence and my look said it all I was given another ticket.Overall not memorable at all.Is it a ploy of the trust for delays so you can charge extra for parking, and buying beverages?because on reflection its a good idea to fill the hospital coffers. My wife and I are not happy bunnies,so if you can address these issues it will be a start.
