"Broken Leg"

I unfortunately fell down the stairs on a Sunday and attended the Minor Injuries Department on 5th July. I was attended to by two members of staff who were helpful, friendly and very caring. Knowing how much pain I was in and that I had a long drive as a passenger back to Birmingham I was placed in a cast and given crutches to help me at my local A+E department. I would like to thank them for their care and would happily give 5 stars to the department.
