I recently spent 7 days on ward N2. From the moment I was wheeled in on a bed to the moment I walked out, the whole of that dept. was outstanding! The Domestic staff, Nursing staff and the Doctors/Surgeons, their was no difference in the care and attention they showed to all the patients on that ward. No one patient was treat any different to the next. Some of the patients and situations weren't nice to deal with but the staff still did what they had to do and more, and always seemed happy to do it. The communication about my discharge was a little mixed because my health situation changed so that can only be expected. To all the staff on N2 a massive thank you and keep up the difficult hard job you do. My only point for improvement would be that the I was waiting from 10am to 5pm for my pills to come up to N2 from the Pharmacy, after I had been assured that they would be with me for 2pm.
