What I liked
How clean, tidy and efficient the area was I was taken to to be assessed. The staff member was very helpful, considerate and after explaining the best course of action went to collect my prescribed medication. I was in and out of A&E on a saturday evening within an hour. Could not fault the service at all.
What could be improved
Slightly rude receptionist, waiting area needs a good clean.
