"This place is appalling I wouldn't ever go back..."

First the staff are extremely rude minus one kind person who helped me out majorly. They don't have any thought or respect of other patients, 3 doctors walked in on my examination talking about another patients case, then the person took 2 viles of blood from me but dropped both before inserting them into the needle! Then they release me saying I wouldn't be operated on. I came back the next day when my operation was supposed to be 10:00am I didn't receive operation until 16:00pm but also I had to go nil by mouth from midnight the previous night! They discharged me without adequate dressings and no information about how to look after my wound so now people are struggling to help me with my treatment it's like I've been swept under the carpet I wouldn't ever want to go the general hospital again.
