"Misunderstanding when help is needed"

Basically I was a user and got clean. I have medical problems besides my drug n alcohol. A member of staff gave a report about me, though the member of staff never actually helped me or answered any queries. The member of staff was never available until they put in a report.

Since then I have been clean of drugs but experienced problems as I rang and explained I could not make 1 appointment. My chemist treats me like a user again. It wasn't my fault they changed my script to twice weekly instead of once weekly. Now I have no script no reply, no communication and am treated like a user again! What is wrong with them? They need to sort communication out.

Why would they make me an appointment on a contact day with my kids.. And 4 days after my script is actually due! ! ? Ridiculous? ?!
