From first consultation through to being discharged after my procedure, the care provided from all staff involved was excellent. Everything was explained thoroughly and in a way that came across very clearly. The out of hours nurse was more than happy to answer my concerns on the evening after my procedure, and left me feeling very reassured. Overall I would highly recommend Boston west hospital.
