About: North Tyneside General Hospital

This was a stress free, efficient appointment. I was addressed with care, put at ease, and seen at exactly the time stated. Everything was faultless. The staff were first rate, responding clearly to queries. A fantastic group of people, very professional, but clearly focused on the task, but being empathetic, in what could have been quite a stressful time.

As you say this can often be an anxious time for patients and being seen swiftly and being treated with empathy makes all the difference.
