About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

Paramedics were fantastic. Hospital experience less so. Made to feel we were inconvenient. Had to ask staff to attend to my sister when in pain. Agency nurse got brittle when advised couldn't be pregnantt because no womb!! . Nobody introduced themselves. Looked at me like I was in the way. Try treating people like humans. Then admitted to ward and sent home in agony told to wait for gall bladder op. Why?

I am so sorry about this experience, please accept my apologies. These comments will be passed to the relevant team. It is not appropriate that staff do not introduce themselves. You might want to talk to the Matron of the department about your experience, please contact the PALS department on 01274 364021 at Bradford Royal Infirmary or 01274 365853 at St. Luke’s Hospital. They will be able to put you in contact. The text phone number for deaf people is 01274 382580 at Bradford Royal Infirmary. You can also email pals@bthft.nhs.uk. Thank you for taking the time to post your comments.
