"Good service"

I have used the sevices at Whipps Cross on four occasions, once for an elective procedure, once for a scan, and twice for urgent care. On each of my visits I was very happy with my care at every point from entering the hospital to going home. Everyone I met was of the most professional standard, I have no cause for concern. It is a shame that Whipps Cross has had such a bad rating and media coverage, the poor management at this trust demonstrates the counterproductive culture of running the NHS as a business. Well done to all of the front line staff I met for not allowing the negative culture in the organisation to impact on your care standards.
