I turned up expecting a queue but was spoken to as soon as I reached the top of the stairs by a helpful receptionist. Waited maybe 15 minutes (in fairness I had arrived 20 minutes early) and was seen by a lovely consultant who was efficient, competent and kind. Good service, thank you.
