I get care at home from BRICC, it’s a wonderful service and it’s great to have people you can rely on. They come four times a day to help me and see I’m ok. I like it because I don’t need to worry about things. The carers really look after me.
The only thing is that it can be a bit mixed up. Sometimes the carers can’t come or come at different times as they are too busy so we can’t always rely on them. It’s not the carers fault, they would come if they could. The problem is too many people need help and there are not enough carers.
