"Rapid Access Breast Clinic"

About: Good Hope Hospital

Having heard mixed reviews about the Good Hope Hospital I can only talk about my superb care experience. Not only was I seen 5 minutes before my official time I was never left waiting for more than a few minutes between each test/exam. The part that really made it stand out though was the staff - helpful, happy and professional at each stage. I would like to mention particularly the kindness given by a nurse who was in with me in one of the procedures. Small things made a big difference. Thank you.

Dear Anonymous

thank you for your kind comments about your recent patient experience in the Rapid Access Breast Clinic at Good Hope Hospital.

I will forward your comments to the Breast Care Team who will ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of the staff, who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience at is a very worrying time.

I hope my actions are acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide details of your visit, patient experience is extremely important to us.

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
