"discharging me because they changed appoinments"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

I was due to go and see a consultant in ENT about hearing loss and chronic tinnitus but they kept moving my appointment forward to different consultants, I never got to see anyone and they discharged me I have to have someone come with me as I have other serious issues, yes I did have to change appointment once but it was for two days time? not enough for me to sort been treated with disdain the whole time
