What I liked

What could be improved

COMMUNICATION. I put it in big letters because this is the second time this year that I have attended an appointment with the Pain Clinic only to find that my Doctor was off sick. I do not have a problem with people being poorly but WHY oh WHY did admin not phone me? It's so much quicker. Instead they WROTE to me only 3 days before the appointment. I missed the letter and had to sit in those confounded steel framed torture chairs in the waiting area (this, remember is the Pain Clinic) designed for fitter people and not Chronic Pain sufferers, like me. See my previous moan under 'Pain Clinic Waiting in Agony'. My spinal problems have ruined my life. All that I ask is that more consideration is given to sufferers like me.

Why do I have to log in at the ground floor desk when they have no knowledge of staff attendance or my appointments on Floor 1?
