"After been sent to treatment centre ..."

About: Kidderminster Treatment Centre - Acute Trust

(as a relative),

What could be improved

After been sent to treatment centre by an nhs advisor to collect the tamiflu drug for my son it took the late evening receptionist 25mins to get to the desk after myself ringing buzzer for assistance. She finally arrrived to inform me that the drug wasn't even available from there it was from another part of the hospital that was closed until next day. The receptionist was rude uncaring and obnoxious. She obviously hasn't had any people skills training, would strongly advise some! I had asked for information on treatment for my son she was very uncooperative. This is a great cause for concern.

Anything else?

NHS direct line should be informed that the swine flu drug is unavailable at the hospital out of hours unit in the evening, Obviously no communication between hospital and the Nhs direct line.
