Last week I had an appointment with the colposcopy unit. I am very grateful and appreciative of the way I was treated by the staff. They were kind, considerate, compassionate, gentle, patient and professional. They made me feel dignified and at ease. They gave me reassurance and confidence and I am grateful to them for the treatment I received. I would like my thanks to be recorded as one satisfied and grateful patient. Doreen Humphreys.
