I have been in patient in Chestnut Ward, Juniper Ward x 2, Sapphire Ward, Larch Ward and Maple Ward and can say satisfied with all experiences. I requested after major surgery and being in H.D.U. that I return to Juniper Ward for a second time and have to say the nurses all so friendly and the doctors, the food excellent and a varied menu. The degree of hospital caring brilliant! I also weekly attend the blood coagulant dept for my Warfarin dosage to be regulated and the hospital is 'homely'. This the main point for me and extending to hospital receptionists as well as in Unit One and specialist Comfort but everyone friendly which makes such a welcomed difference to many hospitals. The doctor also merits a special mention!
"A homely hospital!"
