"Sort out the parking!"

Went for a midwives appointment and duly filled in the touch screen with our number plate, 8 days and one baby later and we have a parking fine. Having also visited a further 3 times and once as the midwives forgot to turn up at our house, I suspect I will not get more fines. Last thing we needed to sort out given our new arrival. What can I do? I'm not in the wrong and it is instead your system, the impending fines are also causing unnecessary distress to my wife. Sort it out. shame as on the whole the midwives do a great service.
