About: North Cotswold Hospital

Nice new hospital good rooms onsuite very clean. Nursing staff not very professional,not very friendly or approachable such as didnt make any effort to speak to visitors when we arrived staff would be sat at reception area upstairs but didnt acknowledge you when you said hello or goodbye.(this happened several times). We heard lots of buzzers going off for long periods before a response.My brother in law picked up on the staffs attitude so could not wait to get home The reason I am writing this review is because I have just spent 5 days in Cheltenham general hospital as a patient and everything was totally different. the staff were friendly nothing was to much trouble you could see they all worked very hard to create a good professional work place for patients and themselves.
