Just been in to the minor injuries department for infected wasp stings on my arm, which needed antibiotics urgently. Excellent experience, very helpful staff, no wait, and everything was calm, clean and professional. I hope I don't need to go back, obviously, but much better than trailing into York and sitting for 4 hours before being seen. Many thanks to everyone!
