"Care and attention from all members ..."

What I liked

Care and attention from all members of staff nothing was to much trouble,everything was explained in detail and they took there time in doing so.everyone on nights and days with no exception was professional and caring I would never be wary of coming into this hospital on to Lavender ward again. And I would like to add that the domestic on that ward was very thorough and really enjoyed her job taking time to ask patients how they were doing lovely lady (lucky to have her )

What could be improved

let your HCSW do more clinical work they are trained use them.

Anything else?

Just one little gripe noisy ward clerk early in the morning shoud be more considerate, nobody wants to hear her laughing out very loud to all that would listen when they have just woken up

Had to ask for the door to be shut once so we could rest in peace.
