It’s first class support here

There is always something on to suit you, always something for us to do. If I didn’t come here I’d be looking at four walls. I’m deaf so the quiz is no good but the staff will find something else for me that I like. We are preparing for our open day at the moment and we always have a great Christmas party

The staff are great, they go out their way to write things down for me so I can understand.

They look after you if you take not well, when it happened to me they arranged for an ambulance. Every week they take me home right to my door and make sure I’m home safe and sound. My daughter has peace of mind with me coming here.

You also have a good laugh with the staff, they’re not strict.

We used to go on great trips with the minibus but they don’t have transport anymore.

Nothing could be better. If I was to give it a rating I would give 100 out of 100.

I am pleased that you find your visits to daycare so positive and that the activites are rewarding and that you find the staff attentive and caring, it is gratifying to hear. I am sorry to hear that due to issues regarding the mini-bus that we used, 'arranged trips' have been affected by this. Hopefully this is something that we will be able to resolve in the longer term.
