What could be improved
Car parking.
Car parking facilities at your hospital are joke. On three occasions in the past 6 months (at various times of the day) I have brought an elderly relative from out in the country for specialist appointments. On every single occasion I was unable to park. You need to add extra car parking facilities now to relieve the stress on patients and visitors. Not all of us can get to Worcester by public transport.
Visitors beware you will have trouble parking at Worcester hospital.
