"Excellent Choice"

This was the first time I had an opportunity to use the NHS Choices procedure, and I am very happy that I opted to have my operation performed at Circle Bath. I found the facilities to be excellent, the organisation efficient, and the staff both capable and genuinely concerned for my welfare. One significant incident did arise during my care, but I believe that it was an individual failure by a junior member of staff. The circumstances were quickly investigated by the management with the object of avoiding a repetition. Notwithstanding this incident I would unhesitatingly choose the Circle Bath for any future procedure.
