"Mostly lovely....but"

I've been to this A&E department before and received excellent care, everyone was polite and helpful, kind and courteous.... and for the most part today, everyone was wonderful, the reception desk was friendly, the nurses were kind and attentive... but the doctor was extremely hostile! They had an overtly abrupt demeanor. The doctor made me feel like I was wasting their time and when they saw me getting visibly upset, continued with the hostility. This is not the sort of Dr the A&E department needs. I would like to repeat that everyone else was lovely!
