"Excellent Service"

We used the 111 service on a Saturday afternoon and a return phone call gave us an appointment at Pilgrim Hospital within the hour. We were greeted by the friendly 'Navigator' on arrival in A&E who found our appointment on his system and asked us to take a seat in the waiting area. We were called through within 10 minutes to see a smiling, friendly Doctor who gave my Husband a thorough examination before prescribing antibiotics for a chest infection. Excellent service! Thank you!
