"Recent op at halton ward B4"

I was in halton general ward B4 yesterday for a routine day case operation. Just wanted to say how kind, caring and thoughtful all the staff were. My surgeon, the anaesthetist, the surgical nurses and the ward nurses were excellent. They put me at ease at every step of the way and their professionalism was apparent in every thing they did. At the same time the atmosphere was relaxed and caring and my anxiety about the op was soon put to ease. After care again was excellent and everything was fully explained with a speedy process for discharge. Thanks team, you were great.
