"Day Surgery"

I had to go into the Boston West Hospital as a day patient and I have to say I was so well looked after by all concerned, everyone was so kind and professional and I felt very much that I was in good hands throughout my stay. Everything was explained to me in detail and if I did not understand, I had the opportunity to ask. I would also like to add that all members of the team were happy with a cheerful disposition, which made you feel very at ease. My every need was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.
