"Quality service"

I was unfortunate to suffer a very painful back injury and needed an ambulance on 11.07.2015 The medics were extremely professional and they explained everything they were doing throughout and expressed concern of the pain I was suffering I was handed over to A&E at west Suffolk and the same scenario great service as the day was late and I was still in pain I was transferred to the CDU and what did I find the same great service from the staff - wow so professional. I was then moved to F6 where what do I find but great staff from the ward controller to a rather special nurse. Please accept my thanks and keep up the fantastic work you all do and I trust your efforts are recognised by The Hospital. Thank you all so much.
