"Extremely rude!"

I rang reception this morning to find out what time my appointment is tomorrow because I am not allowed to eat or drink 6 hours before! So I ask the receptionisr if they could find out for me. The response I got was "No!" I asked why and I got the rudest responses! I am absolutely out raged at how rude and disrespectful they were towards me! I rang this morning ( 19 July ) at 11:31 am. So I suggest that's someone should speak to them about job title because clearly they are not doing their job! Being so rude to patients! Clearly they shouldn't be working with the general public!
