On Tuesday the 14/07/15 at about 9.30 ish i was trying to have a conversation with the reception person about some dates for cosmetic eve. were this odd looking person who was sat down back of reception kept talking to the reception person constantly talk talk it was,nt about hospital stuff it was about their home life i found it very rude of them to keep talking while i was talking to the receptionist. To say that its first port of call for members of the public they looked scruffy. i don,t think i bother coming here for my cosmetic work i go to Nuffield totally rude person.
