"Care was so bad. It should be shut down"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

I was admitted for a gall bladder day case and 6 weeks later was still in hospital. I was left for over 12 hours on a trolley in recovery and told that they had no staff. My morphine machine broke and they said there was nothing I could do. At the surgicentre following an endoscopy my heart rate increased to over 200 and I nearly had a fit. I heard a nurse say "get her back to the ward then she's there problem" I was terrified, it turns out they had ruptured my pancreas. All my notes were lost. I will never set foot in that place again.
