"Day procedure for a Colonoscody"

My mother attended the Elmstead Day Unit on Tuesday 14th July for a Colonoscopy. The staff through out were amazing, the ward was spotless and at 86 years of age she had been dreading the procedure, but from the time she arrived , and in fact only waited five minutes in the waiting area, to the run through with a trained nurse and a nurse who was training where everything was explained very clearly to the operation itself and the post op we can't be more grateful. Well done to all the team! Thanks from us all
