I don't normally write reviews but feel I have to. Using the Choose and Book Scheme I chose RBH and very glad I did indeed. The investigations leading up to my operations were thorough and reassuring. All appointments were either on time or early. The staff in the Urology Dept were excellent and at no stage did I ever feel I wasn't in safe hands. The operations themselves went well and my surgeon was very courteous and informative - explained everything very clearly. I was placed in Ward 12 and I cannot emphasis enough how absolutely fantastic the nurses were, both the day staff and the night staff. What a team of dedicated lovely natured staff. They made a potentially nasty experience the most pleasant it could possibly be. Thank you so much everyone. RBH was top notch for me! Full marks!
