"Very disappointed with my son's care"

We have been attending this hospital for the last 3 years as my son has a very serious lung condition. My son is on the waiting list to have a section of his lung removed to improve his quality of life. For the past 12 months it's been a nightmare as they have cancelled his surgery 5 times, been told week after week he has a bed then no we have beds, we've met his surgeon gone through the procedure then let down time and time again. We've been messed about at pre-ops waiting around for a blood test for 90 minutes, given stupid excuses why they can't do the surgery so enough is enough I've asked for a transfer to a different hospital so we don't have to deal manchester children's again.
