My hand is almost better and I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation of the staff and processes that got me to this point. From initial appointment with the consultant, surgery under local anaesthetic, to physio - everything has been excellent. Theatre staff were especially kind and professional. I have been very impressed with your joined-up processes throughout. Thank you.
