I visited this unit today at 7.50 where I was welcomed by the receptionist. I explained my symptoms and filled in the forms. I was directed through to the department where I was seen by a doctor by 8.05. They were thorough and friendly. I left the department at 8.20 with a prescription for some anti biotic. I have never used this service before and I was completely blown away by the professionalism of all the people there! Well done NHS!
