"Two day stay at Heartlands Hospital"

About: Heartlands Hospital

I was admitted to the hospital for a planned surgery on 6/7/15, I was on Ward 1. I found the staff very friendly and very good at putting you at ease. The level of care was very high, I particularly noticed how clean the ward was. Staff communicated well with patients and colleagues alike and were very supportive. My consultant was very informative about my surgery, telling me what to expect pre and post surgery. This has all helped with my recovery process.
