Hey! Just wanted to send a quick message! A member of staff on Gissing ward! What a credit to your team! This is a fantastic person who made me feel so comfortable! Very friendly, easy to talk too, very caring. I didn't know them until i came to hospital. They made me feel like it was ok, not to be embarrassed, such a gentle touch. Words can not describe. Defo someone who i could trust being up there! Well done, Much love! xx
