"bad bed side manner"

Have scoliosis of the spine, they didnt seem to have a very good manner on understanding how much pain im in, im 44 and was told im too old to operate on, was given a pain management appontment at mexborough who i can say have been very helpful and appointment was suppost to be done for me to see physio that was back in january and its now july and im still waiting, iv since seeked a second opinion as my curve is getting worse iv lost an inch in height in 24 months
