I watched a nurse washing her hands, but she only washed the tips of her fingers?

I made a complaint on the website, but have had no response 8 weeks later!

I attended an outpatients appointment with my mum and was asked to come at 8.45am not seen until 11am, i had to travel from northampton and could not get the appintment changed to a later time.
