"Waiting times"

About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

The waiting times at the Allergy Clinic have definitely improved over the last few months to a year. Previously the clinic was clearly very understaffed. Thanks for that! The main problem now is the system of registering and de-registering on the ground floor with everyone else attending the hospital before being able to go upstairs to the clinic. There are always long queues which make people late for their appointments. The previous system where you registered upstairs at the Allergy clinic itself worked much better.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back to us. We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience at the allergy clinic at RNTNE, UCLH. We would be grateful if you could contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) via pals@uclh.nhs.uk or by calling 020 3447 3042 so that we can look into this.
