What I liked

I recently had to spend a week in Newton 2. I found the admission to be well managed and my treatment from pre-op to after-care exceptionally good. Every care was taken to keep me informed about the procedure to be carried out and also the anaesthetic to be administered. It was very evident that medical staff from senior to junior doctors and the nursing teams worked efficiently to ensure that patients were well treated.

Anything else?

I liked the way that medical staff treated individual patients with compassion genuine consideration.
