I was rushed in 3 days ago after spending a week in intensive care in Northampton General after contracting pneumonia and wasn't expected to survive. I had further problems once home. All I have to thank treliske for is my complete lack of faith, trust, and any responsibility. I was terrified again but shut into a side room in both wards and treated as a non existent. Eventually after numerous cock ups my husband and I decided despite suffering with pneumonia I'd actually be safer at home rather than on a&e or Wellington. We left at midnight. Surprise surprise they didn't even notice I'd left til 7am the following day, that was Wellington Ward. Reassuring.......not! And I have to have further surgery there. I trust the surgeon but not the wards in any way. In fact my GP takes better care of me and she's part time and I'd trust her with my entire life and have done. The best GP this earth has to offer.
