The whole package, including the advisory information beforehand, the procedure itself, the care provided by all staff and the advice (written and verbal) following the operation have been outstanding. The staff informed me that the procedure was more complicated than was expected and that the recovery may well be slower and longer than normal. Again they have been correct in their prediction but I feel very comfortable about asking for further advice should I need to. In my case the progress is gradual, but positive, and I would thoroughly recommend the services of Boston West above alternative hospitals to any of my family or friends. Thank you very much.
